Since 1978, Friedens has been feeding those in need in the Milwaukee metro area. 100% of the funds raised at the event will go towards supporting food-insecure families in need in the Milwaukee area.

She's an out and proud member of the LGBTQ community and founder of Let’s Talk Womxn MKE, a community over competition movement and collaborative network of MKE women restaurateurs & entrepreneurs.
