Who knew in March 2020 that this was the kind of year we would have?


The safety and health of myself, my clients and our families is the most important. There are ways in which I want to keep my clients and myself safe during this new normal.

this is what I’ve been doing to keep you safe

Doing virtual consultations to maintain social distancing guidelines. I’ve got ZOOM, Skype, Google Duo etc. so I can see your wonderful faces safely.

Wearing a mask during all sessions so I may get mistaken for Cat Woman but that’s a risk I’m willing to take. I will also be frequently washing my hands and armed with hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes for everyone during our sessions.

Scheduling outdoors sessions whenever possible in low traffic locations to make it easy to social distance. Let’s be honest, no one wants a random jogger photo-bombing your session... right?

Cleaning my gear after every session. Cleanliness is next to OPRAH-ness… or something like that.

Rescheduling sessions were I to become ill. While the common cold wasn’t an issue before in our present situation it's better to be safe than sorry. Also the time between testing and results for COVID-19 can vary. If I were to become ill, I would inform all upcoming and recently photographed clients that I wasn’t feeling well and reschedule once I’m in good health.

Here are the ways you can help keep me safe

Utilizing cashless transactions. I know cash is king but it can often be dirty and can spread germs. By using one of the many other options (Square, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle) for payments this removes the likelihood of spreading those germs.

Respecting scheduled appointment times is always a plus. Not only is it nice but this allows sufficient time to sanitize my equipment after each client session. Furthermore, while typically the more the merrier is my motto, the only people allowed during sessions are the actual photo subjects.

SAY AHHHH… JUST KIDDING. MOVING FORWARD, NO-TOUCH TEMPERATURE CHECKS WILL BE CONDUCTED FOR EACH CLIENT (INCLUDING EACH MEMBER OF THE FAMILY PRESENT) PRIOR TO EACH SESSION. ANYONE PRESENT WITH A FEVER EXCEEDING 100.4 DEGREES WILL BE RESCHEDULED.

If you’re not feeling well, please communicate with me and reschedule. If you are living with anyone who is sick or quarantined, please communicate with me and reschedule. If you’ve had a cough or any flu-like or COVID symptoms in the last 14 days, please communicate with me and reschedule. If you’ve been around anyone exhibiting those kinds of symptoms with the last 14 days, please communicate with me and reschedule. I am willing and open to work with you, once you’re well again.
